You long to transcend old patterns, experience real transformation, and to know and trust the process of change. You want to know what real healing feels like. You want to taste the presence of God that alone has the power to ground you in who you truly are.

You also know that it’s not as simple as just believing this is true. Sometimes you feel stuck. Other times you feel alone. You know about feeling unsure, what it feels like to risk again and again and again, and sometimes you wonder whether any of it even matters.

Which is why spiritual direction is for you.

Spiritual direction is the ancient art of one-on-one connection and guidance. As a mystic, pastor for almost a decade, and coach for burnt out and traumatized leaders, my entire life has been committed to the awakening and transformation of others.

And I still love it.

I offer one-on-one sessions and recommend on meeting once or twice a month. If you and a small group of friends were interested in doing something together, I am adaptable and willing to make that work as well. This is about me helping you make sense of the unfolding of your own story as a part of the unfolding of the story of God.
